I’m not sure if Eminem has yet managed to escape the grasp of the Illuminati—the secret society of string pullers whose ranks he joined years ago in exchange for wealth, fame, and power—but I know he’s been trying very hard. Numerous people online tell me so. There is, for starters, a Yahoo Answers page that poses the question “Is Eminem trying to break free from the Illuminati?” and offers spirited excavation and analysis of the hidden anti-Illuminati messages Eminem embedded in his song “Not Afraid.” There is a four-page message-board thread titled “Is Eminem an Illuminati slave?” A YouTube video called “Eminem vs. Illuminati” explains, via solemn text and creepy music, that when the Detroit M.C. titled a song “Cinderella Man,” it was not because the redemptive plot of the 2005 Ron Howard film Cinderella Man echoes Eminem’s own comeback from drug addiction, but rather because, like Cinderella with her wicked stepsisters, Eminem was “forced to do the chores for the Illuminati by sending subliminal messages through his music.” Ignore any comment-section sheep who bah that this is ridiculous: When that video ends, the hunt for truth has only just begun. From a list of suggested related videos, you can choose “Eminem: His illuminati sacrifice Part 1”; “Eminem Fights Back Against The illuminati”; “Eminem against illuminati 2011!”; “Eminem My Darling Illuminati” and on and on. Some of the Eminem/Illuminati videos have been viewed 5,000 times. Others, close to 300,000.

Welcome to the world of pop-music trutherism, a bustling, grassroots exposé industry in which Eminem is one of many performers called out by anonymous instigators for Illuminist sympathies. The best conspiracy theories go all the way to the top, and this one goes all the way to the top of the charts. Jay-Z? An “Illuminati puppet.” Lady Gaga? An “Illuminati whore.” Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Beyoncé, Rihanna—Illuminati agents all. (Michael Jackson and 2Pac, it turns out, were victims of Illuminati-ordered assassination.) The Illuminati investigation unfolds sloppily but vigorously across countless sites, from YouTube to Twitter to fan discussion boards to dedicated shops like VigilantCitizen.com. The trained eye can spot Illuminati sartorial choices, like goat-themed jewelry and T-shirts, worn in ostensible tribute to Baphomet, a horned pagan deity who intrigued Aleister Crowley. There is Illuminati semaphore, such as framing one’s eye with the palms tipped together in a pyramid shape or otherwise isolating an eye to evoke the “all-seeing eye” on the back of a dollar bill, an image with Masonic origins. There are Illuminati lyrics, like Eminem’s mention of a “New World Order” on “Lose Yourself” or the references he and Jay-Z have made, separately, to a mysterious, powerful figure they call the “Rain Man” (the theorists are apparently unfamiliar with Dustin Hoffman’s IMDb page).

Spend some time sifting through this stuff and your eyes will roll so far back into your skull you’ll look like you’ve been possessed by Baphomet. The theorists’ “revelations” are presented, variously, in portentous tones and with exclamation-point-riddled urgency: The Illuminati, intent on global domination, treat pop music as a powerful mind-control weapon, weaving secret messages and dark imagery into hits and videos; there is much inveighing that we “wake up” to the “brainwashing.” The Illuminati truthers make 9/11 truthers seem as rigorous and compelling as Woodward and Bernstein on Watergate. The evidence they haul out boils down to little more than far-fetched, oblivious misreads (i.e. Eminem and Cinderella), a stunning allergy to the possibility of metaphor (Lil Wayne rapped that he sold his soul to the devil—smoking gun!), and a hysterical attitude toward occult imagery befitting Ned Flanders. With so many voices chiming in, and with so many of them doing so anonymously, it’s hard to say which of the “theorists” are just having a laugh, but the most prominent—like Vigilant Citizen or the Philadelphia morning-radio host Miss Jones, who grilled 50 Cent at some length about secret-society infiltration in hip-hop—communicate total earnestness.

The Illuminati-in-pop meme has tremendous traction. References to the secret society began popping up in hip-hop songs back in the early ’90s, but with the rise of broadband Internet, Illuminati conspiracies have enjoyed the same steroidal super-boost as pornography and cat photography. The theorists occupy music’s margins, and yet their message has splashed into mainstream waters. In late 2009, a CNN reporter saw fit to ask Lady Gaga to address the Illuminati rumors (she balked at the question). Rihanna mockingly acknowledged accusations of Illuminati entanglement in her “S&M” video. (Fake headlines flash onscreen describing her as a “Princess of the Illuminati.”) And on a 2011 song with Rick Ross (who may also be under Illuminati control), Jay-Z dedicated a verse to denying his membership in the Freemasons: “I said I was amazing, not that I’m a Mason.”

Who are the Illuminati, and why are so many pop-music observers obsessed with them? The Illuminati were an actual group, founded in

Bavaria in the late 18 th century by a philosopher and law professor named Adam Weishaupt. In The Fate of Reason: German Philosophy from Kant to Fichte, the historian Frederick C. Beiser describes the Illuminati as “a secret society devoted to the cause of political reform and Aufklärung”— the German Enlightenment. In Hegel and the Hermetic Tradition, the author Glen Alexander Magee notes that the group was marked by its “opposition to traditional religion, superstition, and feudalism” and its “advocacy of scientific rationalism and the rights of man.” It is hard to say precisely why the Illuminati became wedded in the paranoid mind with devil worship, but seeming reasons include Weishaupt’s anticlerical streak and a popular “history” of Freemasonry written in the late

19 th century by Frenchman Léo Taxil, who purported to expose Masons’ Satanic rituals. (Taxil later revealed that his “journalism” was actually a satirical hoax.) The melding of secret societies and occultism persists today, of course, in pop-cultural representations of creepy, chamber-congregating Skull and Bones members or masked, orgy-prone captains of industry in Kubrick’s Eyes Wide Shut.

Weishaupt’s Illuminati ran afoul of Bavarian Elector Karl Theodor, who caught the seditious wind and issued a decree in 1784, Magee writes, “commanding them to disband.” Born as a reformist bogeyman opposed to, and ultimately snuffed out by, entrenched power, the Illuminati went under in 1787, but it has lived on in the conservative imagination. In a 1995 New Yorker article about the rise of conspiracy theories in America, Michael Kelly mentions the Illuminati as major phantasms in the so-called New World Order theory, the basics of which were laid out in, among other places, the John Birch Society’s 1958 Blue Book. (The Order of the Illuminati figures centrally into the Rev. Pat Robertson’s 1991 book, The New World Order, too.) In the New World Order theory, Kelly writes, the Illuminati are just one link in the nefarious chain of “secret and semisecret societies arcing across time and cultures” from “early-Christian-era agnostics,” through the Freemasons, to “twentieth century schemers.” The perceived goal of shadow puppeteers such as the Illuminati is “to destroy the established Christian order of Western nations and replace it with an atheistic, socialistic global government.”

If that last sentence gets your Tea Party bells ringing, it should—and if you thought people on the Internet wasted far too much energy sussing out Eminem’s secret-society affiliations, do a search for “Obama” plus “Illuminati.” There is a strong religious-right flavor to much of the talk of pop-Illuminism, a barely concealed fear that Lady Gaga and Jay-Z are agents of the Antichrist, here to subjugate the masses and turn “our” children homosexual and/or black. Illuminati suspicions attach, in some degree, to virtually every music star—Bob Dylan, Taylor Swift, even Celine Dion! Nevertheless, it seems more than mere happenstance that Jay-Z and Lady Gaga are the biggest targets: a politically outspoken, wildly rich black charmer and a gender-bending, pro-gay weirdo. The pop-Illuminati hunt is a throwback to the time when parent groups would scan the music of Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath for hidden occultist mojo, but given a Fox News-era culture-war update.

In a counterintuitive twist, however, Illuminati paranoia turns out to grip not just those on the far right who fear a godless/black/gay assault, but also those at the other end of the political spectrum. Question: "What is the Illuminati conspiracy?"

Answer: The Illuminati conspiracy is a conspiracy theory which holds that there is a "global elite" society that is either in control of the world or is seeking to take control of the world. As with most conspiracy theories, beliefs regarding the Illuminati conspiracy vary widely. As a result, it is virtually impossible to give a synopsis of the Illuminati conspiracy. Popularized in recent books and movies, the Illuminati conspiracy has definitely reached "cult fiction" status. If one were to attempt to summarize the Illuminati conspiracy, it would go something like this: The Illuminati began as a secret society under the direction of Jesuit priests. Later, a council of five men, one for each of the points on the pentagram, formed what was called “The Ancient and Illuminated Seers of Bavaria.” They were high order Luciferian Freemasons, thoroughly immersed in mysticism and Eastern mental disciplines, seeking to develop the super powers of the mind. Their alleged plan and purpose is world domination for their lord (who precisely this lord is varies widely). The Illuminati are alleged to be the primary motivational forces encouraging global governance, a one-world religious ethic, and centralized control of the world’s economic systems. Organizations such as the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and the International Criminal Court are seen as tentacles of the Illuminati. According to the Illuminati conspiracy, the Illuminati are the driving force behind efforts to brainwash the gullible masses through thought control and manipulation of beliefs, through the press, the educational curriculum, and the political leadership of the nations. The Illuminati supposedly have a private board of elite, interlocking delegates who control the world’s major banks. They create inflations, recessions, and depressions and manipulate the world markets, supporting certain leaders and coups and undermining others to achieve their overall goals. The supposed goal behind the Illuminati conspiracy is to create and then manage crises that will eventually convince the masses that globalism, with its centralized economic control and one-world religious ethic, is the necessary solution to the world’s woes. This structure, usually known as the “New World Order,” will, of course, be ruled by the Illuminati. Does the Illuminati conspiracy have any basis from a Christian/biblical perspective? Perhaps. There are many end-times prophecies in the Bible that are interpreted by most to point to an end times one-world government, a one-world monetary system, and a one-world religion. Many Bible prophecy interpreters see this New World Order as being controlled by the Antichrist, the end-times false messiah. If the Illuminati conspiracy and the New World Order has any validity and is indeed occurring, for the Christian, there is one fact that must be remembered: God has sovereignly allowed all these developments, and they are not outside of His overall plan. God is in control, not the Illuminati. No plan or scheme the Illuminati develop could in any way prevent, or even hinder, God's sovereign plan for the world. If there is indeed some truth to the Illuminati conspiracy, the Illuminati are nothing but pawns in the hands of Satan, tools to be manipulated in his conflict with God. The fate of the Illuminati will be the same as the fate of their lord, Satan/Lucifer, who will be cast into the lake of fire, to be tormented day and night, forever and ever (Revelation 20:10). Possibly because they are exceedingly wealthy celebrities for whom the act of procreation is chiefly an exercise in branding... or because "Blue Ivy" is a secret code revealing her membership in an ancient and all-powerful occult secret society. Do Beyonce and Jay-Z know her? "Uncertain. But when I heard the name Blue I did think of Billie Holiday and Lady Sings the Blues," said Satran. Yeahhhhhh. I dunno. Think I'm going with the Illuminati.

Then we have to ask, what does the F. stand for? In the song “We Hustle” we get the answer for this query straight from him by saying… “News Flash, Yes…, Weezy F@ck!ng Baby with his Fruit ass, Bitch” Some claim it actually says “rude ass”, but when hearing the song, what others and I hear, is “Fruit ass”, still what matters the most on that line is really the first half of it, when he gives his fans a “News Flash”, saying the full meaning of his name, “Weezy F@k!ng Baby”. It couldn’t get clearer than this I think; however it does, with a very controversial picture which you may have already seen before. I don’t think this is how you would normally greet your Father, maybe some do, but then I wonder if still at that age?, if so, then definitely not if he is just a man who adopted you. Reportedly this scandal made most rappers in Cash Money Records leave the Label, there are some interviews with Juvenille in which he is condemning this behavior saying that no matter what they say, that is not how they rolled in the label, there was a video of the Interviewit which I had just below, but it has been deleted by Youtube as many others, no surprise there. Sadly, this is not a unique case, there is a lot of info exposing many mainstream rappers as homosexuals, there is a list of statements made by a few Real Rappers who then were killed for exposing this part of secret societies, like Pimp C and Tupac. This is subject for a whole other article, so let’s move with the lyrics and the message in them. Satan writing Lyrics I came a cross the next song a while ago and it was surprising to me, to hear how a Black man would sing such a thing… Ok, you ain’t know shit It’s weezy f baby like a newborn bitch… …I don’t save em, I slave em, they want weezy f… …and i whip it like a slave like a mother fuckin slave yes i whip it like a slave yes i whip it like a slave i whip it like a slave like a mother fuckin slave yea i whip it like a slave like a mother fuckin slave then i beat it i beat it… The literal or physical meaning of this lines Lil’ Wayne sings is very plain and it was the reason of my amazement, seeing how proud he raps about whipping someone like a salve, but seeing the lyrics to find a deeper meaning, looking for the spiritual side being transmitted in the song, I see it as the Serpent explaining the simple difference between him and the Savior Yahushúa, by saying “I Don’t Save em, I slave em”, which is exactly what Lucifer is doing with the Illuminati. Skeptics may see it as Wayne just playing with words, I see it as the spirit that possesses him speaking thru him while he thinks he is just spitting fresh lines, Lucifer on the other hand, sees it as a glove, one of many others he is using to bring his message to the world and infiltrate our culture. This is a reality people, it is no game, it is no gimmick, people do sell their souls and spirits do posses people. Baphomet and the All Seeing Eye as Fashion Here’s a picture I found of another big time Illuminati Puppet, Lady Gaga, in which she is clearly posing as Baphomet the god of Freemasons, while having only one eye open, as she usually does. I friend named Daniel sent me an email in which he told me to check out something fishy on Kanye West‘s website, where I found some pictures from the RussianVogue Supplement, also making clear connections to both Baphomet and the All Seeing Eye, not to mention what could be said to be a representation of the Lion of Judah being mocked at the same time in the picture as is being held in a playful matter by the model playing Lucifer. Dark Message in Russian Roulette The song Russian Roulette was written by Ne-Yo and focuses on wanting to commit suicide, the lyrics suggest that Satan is talking to her convincing her to pull the trigger, obviously this is another direct message from evil, that could affect many of those fans or people in general who are weak in spirit, like most of the population nowadays sadly, by the fact that the world is more focused on strengthening the body because of vanity or strengthening the brain because of greed leaving the spirit on the side being bombarded by Lucifer‘s propaganda everywhere you look and hear. Tyffany Evans, an R&B singer who came out with the hit single “Promise Ring” made some comments on her Twitter about Rihanna’s Song and then went on talking about the Satanic influence in the Entertainment Industry in general, check out what she had to say about it: Russian Roulette = Suicidal Rate gon sky rocket! Lastly I want to show you a video in which it becomes clear that Eminem is one of the many who have sold their souls to the Devil for fame and fortune, beginning with some lyrics from a couple of tracks from his latest album The Relapse, first a track called “My Darling”, in which you can hear Satan coming back for his soul after Eminem‘s spiritual relapse, it seems like Marshall at some point may have wanted to stop dealing with the Devil, maybe this was the reason for him almost loosing his life. The episode is well described in the song all the way till the end when Em decides to get back with the Devil and sing along with him, while Satan is talking of the sacrifices Eminem had to endure to get to the top. The next song is called “Careful What you Wish for” and it begins with the same subject, giving a list of this sacrifices Eminem went through to remain “Hot”, but anyways watch the video, hear the songs and judge for yourself. I believe this video to be self-explanatory, but I want to bring up something that seemed pretty crazy to me by the end of it, while he is being possessed by the spirit “Slim Shady”, how he denies to be Eminem, since his soul has been completely taken over. Another evil spirit which is very present in the Hip Hop scene helping with lyrics and satanic hits is called “Rain Man”, the video Unberella by Rihanna is totally based on this entity, there is also some evidence pointing to this demon of being in possession of Jay Z and Eminem as he claims to be in a the song starting at the end of the video when he is being possessed during the concert in front of everybody, just as he does in the video for the Satanic song 3 a.m. in which he talks of getting possessed at 3 am, when demons have the most power, and going to murder people, notice also in the video how he channels the spirit by chanting “Evil Rise” several times. Secret Societies

The Secret Societies have been present in the history of man for a very long time. It all started thousands and thousands of years ago with the "Brotherhood of the Snake", a secret society that goes back all the way to the time of Garden of Eden and old Sumer. Most secret societies have been created with a purpose to keep hidden, spiritual knowledge away from the masses, to be shared only by a selected few of the Power Elite, who have generationally ruled over mankind behind the scenes since ancient times. George Carlin, the late comedian, described it very well when he talked about an Exclusive Club ruling over us, and we are not in it. Don't think for a second that people who have reached the top in society, whether it is in science, politics, music and art, Hollywood, banking or whatnot, have done so merely because they were smart, had talent and/or high intelligence. No, they had access to hidden information that common people don't have access to. Einstein, Ford, Carnegie, Clinton, Bush, Obama - the list goes on - they all had help from one secret society of another. Secret societies are also called Brotherhoods for a reason. Once you become a member you swear allegiance to the Brotherhood and promise to serve them before ANYTHING else. This is very important to understand, because it means that the President of the United States swore an allegiance to serve the Brotherhood BEFORE he serves the country. With other words, the Brotherhood owns him and ultimately decides what he should or shouldn't do. You are in the hands of the higher rank members of the secret society you're signed up with, and this becomes more obvious the higher up their ladder you climb. One very important purpose with a secret society is to help other members and have an exchange of secret information - if you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours. On a very high level, from where the powers-that-be operate, various esoteric and powerful information is exchanged so that these "special" people, almost always of the certain 13 Bloodlines, can reach the goals that they decide for themselves and others. So much for the "American Dream" where we all are supposed to have a chance to become rich and powerful in the land of opportunities if we put our minds to it. This, of course, is just an illusion and will not happen unless you are "one of them" and go to the "right schools". Every once in a while, some "common person" slips through the crack and actually becomes something big on his/her own, WITHOUT help from the Brotherhood, but this is very unusual. Even if so, you are not very likely to keep your success if you in any way step on the feet of the powers-that-be. If you do, they will destroy you or your wealth. If you are considered "harmless" they may let you get away with it just to "prove" that anyone can make it in the United States. The truth is that this person of the people who actually made it, did it despite the efforts from the Brotherhood to make it almost impossible. This is how the world is, and has always been, set up. A few people in power have access to some very secret spiritual (and other kind of) knowledge which gives them the privilege to step a hundred miles ahead of us "common people", to make sure THEY keep the power, and they keep it within their bloodlines. Usually, "common" people are welcome to apply for membership in secret societies and are sometimes accepted, but 98% or so are just "foot people", a face outwards toward the society and never reach the top, where the true secret knowledge is taught for the "worthy". Therefore, it's just smoke and mirrors for most members, and on the surface the secret societies serve as charity organizations, or help organizations to show the world that they are indeed benevolent and there is nothing to fear. It's a perfect front, but now that front is breaking more and more as the real truth about these societies comes out in the open. Also important to mention is that there are benevolent secret societies as well, that were created as opposed to the Brotherhood controlled by the 13 Bloodlines. These "friendly" societies were created to keep THEIR intentions and knowledge away from the 13 Bloodlines, especially during times when oppression has been severe, like in the Dark Ages for example. These benevolent secret societies still exist, but are now more and more coming out in the open due to the necessity to do so. We live in a very special time, and some of these more friendly oriented societies will come out and teach mankind some very important spiritual lessons. Keep your eyes and ears open and you will soon know about them! Research points in the direction that an "Alien Agenda" is on the Government's table as one among many other options to ring in a One World Government and a One World Dictator. They want to create an 'outside threat', a fake Alien Invasion, so that the countries of this world will be willing to unite as ONE, to fight the 'threat' from outer space. If this succeeds, the Illuminati Goal is completed. This is what we are getting prepared for in mass media right now, where they report more UFO sightings than perhaps ever before. Although there is evidence of ET societies visiting us on this planet, both benevolent and malevolent in nature, their agendas are not what I am talking about here. The UFOs people see are a mix of both government vehicles and alien ships, but if there is an alien threat being presented by the government (including holograms of spaceships in the sky) we are not talking about an alien invasion, but an attempt to scare the world population into uniting so they can ring in the final step of their World Order once and for all. The Christian viewpoint on this is that the Illuminati in fact are descending from the fallen angels and the Giants that walked the Earth. Those Giants, according to the Bible, [Genesis, Chapter 6, verses 1 through 4], were the hybrid offspring of those fallen angels, who together with Lucifer were "cast out of Heaven" and came down to Earth. The fallen angels then interbred with mortal women here on Earth, and their offspring were the Nephilim, the Giants that walked the Earth. Thus, they were the results of a divine/mortal sexual union. The Nephilim are, according to the Bible, believed to be the ascendants of famous rulers, outstanding leaders and mighty warriors who lived here before the Deluge. My own research has taught me that this is actually true, but has been misinterpreted. And interestingly, the offspring of these beings are still here, walking this Earth! The truth is; in the background, throughout all history, secret societies have been working without most people being aware of their importance and influence! The original Brotherhood of the Snake soon split up into cults, when certain people on top were in disagreement with each other. Different powers of control developed, where they fought against each other internally (which still is the case today), out of sight from an ignorant population. They invented the different religions and sects and cults so man would be busy doing something else instead of looking into what the Brotherhood actually was doing. They put themselves in charge of the churches to entrap people and to spread conflicts between different belief systems. Most wars throughout history, like most people know, have been religious wars. Out of the original Brotherhood, Freemasonry, the Rosicrucian's, The Knights Templar, Ordo Templi Orientis, Knights of Malta, Skull & Bones and more were created. Some people may object and say that Freemasonry, for example, is a charity organization and even a Christian society. Yes, that's what we're told and that is what most members of the secret society believe. The vast majority of people involved are good people, who are ignorant of what is practiced on the highest levels; unaware of that up there in highest places is worship of the dark forces, practiced in very dark rituals, including human sacrifice. Their God is Satan, Lord of This World (and perhaps this whole sector of the Universe), and their interaction and control are the keys to what is happening in the world of today. There is a totally different struggle going on above people's heads than we are aware of, and this struggle affects our lives every day, and not in a good way, I may add. You can see the results all around you. Only because the human race is basically loving and caring, we still have decency in this world. But planet Earth has truly become much more negative than positive thanks to the powers-that-be and our own ignorance and inability to stop this from happening. Obama new world order

President Obama is on a path toward establishing a one-world government. This is the warning of Christopher Monckton, a former major policy adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. In December, world leaders will descend upon Copenhagen to sign a United Nations climate change treaty that will succeed the 1997 Kyoto Protocol, which is aimed at reducing greenhouse gases and set to expire in 2012. An agreement has been drafted. The goal of the Copenhagen treaty is to erect an international cap-and-trade regime to curb carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, said to be responsible for man-made global warming. Recently, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown warned of a “climate catastrophe” - a rising wave of floods, droughts and shrinking food crops - unless the treaty is signed. Mr. Brown even said global warming would inflict more damage than both world wars and the Great Depression combined; the world has only several weeks to save itself from impending doom. “If we do not reach a deal at this time, let us be in no doubt: once the damage from unchecked emissions growth is done, no retrospective global agreement, in some future period, can undo that choice,” he said. Mr. Brown has thus outdone former Vice President Al Gore in fear-mongering and inciting public hysteria. Global-warming alarmists are using the myth of climate change to impose an embryonic socialist world government. Following the collapse of communism, the West’s progressive elites desperately searched for a viable ideological alternative. They found it in environmentalism. Although the Green movement wraps itself in the flag of empirical science, it represents the very opposite: a dogma that provides meaning and purpose to its rabid followers. The ideology justifies massive tax increases and government control of the economy; it seeks to cripple free enterprise and curtail market-driven growth. Many of today’s Greens are yesterday’s Reds. Global warming is the greatest fraud of our time. The overwhelming scientific evidence shows that, rather than getting hotter, the Earth’s temperatures are cooling. Increasing numbers of leading scientists are challenging the flawed computer models used by eco-alarmists. Mr. Gore and his supporters cannot answer several simple questions. If the Earth’s temperatures are no longer rising, then how can CO2 emissions be responsible for global warming? How could previous dramatic increases in global temperatures - such as the end of the Ice Age - have taken place without concentrations of CO2? The answer is obvious: Carbon emissions are not connected to fluctuations in global temperatures. The mad drive for an international cap-and-trade system is really geared toward achieving the left’s long-sought goal: the destruction of democratic capitalism and national sovereignty. The Greens are poised to succeed where the Reds failed. The Copenhagen treaty must still be negotiated. Final agreement is far from certain, especially from emerging industrial powers like China, India and Brazil. Yet the draft version is clear about the treaty’s essential elements. It calls for a massive transfer of wealth from the developed world to the developing world. The United States would be forced to spend billions of dollars a year in foreign aid to pay for a so-called “climate debt” - a provision to punish wealthy countries for having historically emitted large amounts of CO2, while compensating poor ones for not contributing to greenhouse gases. The Copenhagen treaty seeks to implement a bureaucratic redistributionist agenda; it is a way for Third World kleptocracies to extort enormous sums of money from America and other rich nations. Moreover, Mr. Monckton points out that, in paragraph 38, Annex 1, the Copenhagen draft calls for a U.N.-created “government” responsible for taxation, enforcement and redistribution. In other words, the draft treaty explicitly demands that the world body erect an international mechanism with the power to impose emission-reduction targets for each country, determine acceptable levels of CO2 and levy global taxes. The United States would lose control over its environmental policy. Also, it would sign its death warrant as a functioning democracy, enabling the United Nations to administer a fledgling world government possessing the authority to regulate and tax the American economy. The treaty is a sword aimed at the heart of our national sovereignty. If Mr. Obama signs the Copenhagen treaty, he “will sign your freedom, your democracy, and your prosperity away forever,” Mr. Monckton recently told an audience in Minnesota. “I read that treaty and what it says is this: that a world government is going to be created.” Yet the U.S. Senate can avoid this disastrous course. A supermajority of 67 votes is required to ratify the treaty. In 1997, the Senate in a 95-0 vote rejected the Kyoto Protocol, thereby preventing the United States from joining. Mr. Monckton believes that, in order to avoid defeat, Mr. Obama will try to circumvent the ratification process. If he does, he will spark a political revolt that will make the Tea Party protests look tame by comparison. Mr. Obama has vowed to create a “green economy” based on “green-collar jobs” and “a green New Deal.” The Copenhagen treaty would enable him to accomplish his revolutionary ambitions. It would mark his Cultural Revolution - the permanent transformation of America.
